Just back from setting up the annual Landon Golden Bear dinner in the Perkins Garden. This is always a beautiful event in a great setting. Tonight we made 3 large white calla lily arrangements in trumpet vases - the lovely way long calla stems arc out of the vase is what is wonderful about this type of piece. We also made small arrangement with white hydrangeas, roses, mini callas and phalenopsis orchids and put a single phalenopsis in a tiny square vase with a single galax leaf for the cabaret tables.
